By fostering this mindset, we guide teens to navigate their transplant and adolescent journey with resilience, community, and self-acceptance.

Dr. Brittany and Micah Clayborne are the duo behind Transplant Teenz. The heart recipient and psychologist heard her son's fears of not being able to relate to anyone during his transplant journey and together they created Transplant Teenz.
