Spark is a youth-led experience where transplant teens tell their own stories to bring hope, innovation, and visibility to the transplant community on World Transplant Day.​

Transplant teens are the most vulnerable and least visible group in transplant care, with limited opportunities to share their lived experience. Families need hope-forward stories, teens need belonging, and traditional clinical events rarely center youth perspectives. Spark fills this critical gap.
