Transplant Teenz supports all teenagers (ages 12-18 or until high school graduation) impacted by the transplant experience—whether they have undergone or are awaiting organ or tissue transplants, or have a household member who has gone through or is awaiting a transplant.

Any teenager aged 12-18 who has undergone or is awaiting an organ transplant is welcome to join Transplant Teenz. We also extend our support to high school graduates who are still within the program’s age range.
